We have a 30-day return policy for in-stock jewelry, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, with tags, and with its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@jabjewelry.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent or brought to the following address: 531 McMurray Road, Bethel Park, PA 15102.

If your return is accepted and you will be shipping the piece, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

This policy does not apply to custom jewelry pieces. While we take many steps to ensure you are 100% satisfied, in the rare case that you are not happy with your finished custom designed jewelry, we will redesign it one additional time at no charge. This assumes that we worked directly with the person wearing the jewelry. Unfortunately, well-intended custom made surprises do not apply.

At this time, items can be added to your wishlist in-store. If you see something online that you'd like to add to your wishlist, please call or text us at (724) 941-8300.

Once you have established a wishlist with us, we will be able to share the items with your loved one upon their request.

We are hosting a Ladies Wishlist Night on November 21st from 6-8pm to make the process even easier. Then, we'll reach out to partners for our Men's Shopping Night on December 5th from 5-8pm, where the guys will be able to purchase exactly what you want this holiday!

Wishlists can be created and purchased from at any time.

The deadline to begin a custom piece for the holidays is December 2nd.

You can also purchase a loose stone for your loved one that can then be turned into a custom piece after the holidays! You get to select the meaningful stone, then allow the recipient to design their dream piece around the stone.
