After finalizing your design, a 30% down payment is required to begin your project. We then gather materials and create realistic CAD renderings of your design.

Your custom piece is coming to life! Our skilled team blends advanced tech with old-world craftsmanship to create your unique design in-house. In just 1-3 weeks, your piece will be ready for pick-up. Get excited!

Inspection & Pickup


We're dedicated to your complete satisfaction with your custom jewelry. You'll be involved every step of the way, with opportunities for changes and revisions before we move forward. We're committed to delivering a piece that exceeds your expectations, but if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer one complimentary remake. Please note, this applies only to the person we directly worked with during the design process. While we can't offer a free remake for surprise gifts, we'll do our best to ensure we understand the recipient's style through our design consultation process.

Often, our designers will ask if you would like to have a phone call before your design consultation. If you choose to speak with them over the phone, they can determine many of the details before your visit, which will allow them to have materials and ideas ready by the time of your consultation.

Here are some of the types of questions we may ask:

  • Is the piece going to be for yourself or a loved one?
  • What type of jewelry would you like to create (ring, pendant, bracelet, etc.)?
  • Have you envisioned the types of metals or stones you would like to use?
  • Do you have any old materials you want to use in the new piece?
  • Does the recipient gravitate toward vintage, modern, dainty, or chunky style accessories?
  • What type of lifestyle will the piece need to fit into?
  • What budget are you working within?

If you don't know the answers to all (or any) of these questions, don't fret! Our job is to guide you through the process by presenting example photos and potential ideas that will help you settle on a design.

Your design consultation will mainly consist of sitting down with one of our designers to discuss the details of your project. Whether you know exactly what you want, have already spoken to them over the phone, or have no idea where to begin when it comes to design, our designers will ask questions to work on creating a preliminary sketch of your piece.

After meeting with you, we will present a design sketch with a preliminary estimate either by the end of your consultation, or within a week if the project has more details to be worked out. Then, you can decide how to proceed. If you are happy with the sketch and comfortable with the estimate, then we can proceed! Remember, you are under no obligation to continue the project or accept the offered design and estimate. We will never pressure you and will continue to work with you at every step of the process to ensure that we are crafting the custom piece of your dreams.

Once you are ready to officially begin the project, we require a 30% down payment. No other funds are required until the piece is finished and ready for pickup.
