We have a 30-day return policy for in-stock jewelry, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, with tags, and with its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@jabjewelry.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent or brought to the following address: 531 McMurray Road, Bethel Park, PA 15102.
If your return is accepted and you will be shipping the piece, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
This policy does not apply to custom jewelry pieces. While we take many steps to ensure you are 100% satisfied, in the rare case that you are not happy with your finished custom designed jewelry, we will redesign it one additional time at no charge. This assumes that we worked directly with the person wearing the jewelry. Unfortunately, well-intended custom made surprises do not apply.
