Should your order arrive with a manufacturing defect, please notify us at info@jabjewelry.com within 14 days of delivery to request a replacement. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging. We reserve the right to decline replacement requests if we find evidence of intentional damage or misuse. Refunds for manufacturing defects may be granted at our discretion.
